Our coaches have senior level hands-on leadership experience, certified executive coach training and continual professional development as well as regular supervision.

That is particularly appropriate for those in senior positions who have little time and for whom being lonely at the top can be a common experience. The first session is about putting in some more detail about what you need, the support you will get and the results you want at the end.
At this point the duration and cost of the programme are agreed.
Over an agreed number of sessions, in person or by telephone / Skype, where we get into the nitty gritty and help you achieve what you need to get the results agreed.
We regularly monitor progress to be sure obstacles are overcome and tangible results are being delivered
