Coaching explained…

I was ending a session with a coaching client recently. We reviewed his progress, which had been considerable since we started the programme and we were only on the 4th session out of 6. He commented that he was discussing the subject of coaching with his neighbour, and sharing his achievements. When asked how coaching had helped, he was stuck. He knew it was helping, but not really sure how or what I had done to enable this transformation. Making a difference…

I met a new coaching client today. As usual, just before the session, I was a little nervous.
