Coaching explained…

I was ending a session with a coaching client recently. We reviewed his progress, which had been considerable since we started the programme and we were only on the 4th session out of 6. He commented that he was discussing the subject of coaching with his neighbour, and sharing his achievements. When asked how coaching had helped, he was stuck. He knew it was helping, but not really sure how or what I had done to enable this transformation. Metasaga

A few years ago I was delighted to be invited to go on a Metasaga journey. This was a unique and fascinating experience, walking down Buchanan Street in Glasgow on a beautiful day, stopping and observing as we walked. Some great insights and learnings from that day.
